We didn’t expect it to be easy, but we also didn’t expect some of the obstacles that barged in to our bike trip. My semi sleep is interrupted by a rap at the door.  It takes only about 3 seconds for me to acknowledge the wake up, recognize the reason for it, and begin making moves
